International Students

            Austin Academy of Aviation is pleased to make training available to International students beginning now. We have been approved to issue M-1 visas to students who qualify and wish to train with us. AAoA is dedicated to training safe and qualified pilots. Our programs are designed for one on one advanced training and individual attention. Because our training is based on quality and not quantity we do not offer a set program price. The reality is that even those who do are not really able to guarantee completion as promised. Our prices are posted based on our cost of doing business, which means we have no intention of misleading anyone with offers too good to be true. Each person has different challenges to overcome. As an example, an individual may have difficulty with direction yet may be adept at controlling the aircraft.

           Therefore we are happy to discuss projections of costs on an individual basis relying on our long standing history of training pilots with integrity and honesty as our guide.

          The first step toward becoming an advanced well qualified pilot is by clicking on the Contact link at the top of the page and sending us your info and request. We will then contact you with the questionaire you will need to complete for your I-20 to be sent along with other documents and instructions for proceeding. You will be required to show proof of financial support for the duration of training including the cost of living, i.e. food and housing.

          Once you recieve your I-20 you will contact the U.S. Embassy for a background check and verification of identity and be issued your Visa for travel. All arrangements regarding your arrival and departure as well as your stay here in the U.S. will be coordinated with AAoA staff.
